Trauma Group:

Our trauma support group is a virtual psychoeducation group focused on trauma informed therapy. The focus of this group is to learn how to process trauma, how to cope with symptoms, and how to heal from trauma. Whether your experience is recent or from the past, this group offers support, understanding, and the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey of healing.

Through guided discussions, shared stories, and therapeutic exercises, participants will gain valuable tools to process trauma, build resilience, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. This group encourages a non-judgmental environment where all participants are respected, and confidentiality is upheld, ensuring each individual feels heard, supported, and empowered in their healing process.

Our mental health Mondays group is focused on exploring a range of mental health topics. We discuss ways to incorporate coping strategies and we engage with mindful practices designed to reduce stress, promote emotional resilience, and enhance overall well-being. Mental Health Mondays is open to anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, boundary issues or simply want to prioritize your mental health in a positive, proactive way.

Our addiction support group is a safe and confidential space where individuals come together to share their experiences, find support, and heal from addiction. Whether you’re at the beginning of your recovery journey or have been on the path for an extended amount of time, this group offers a compassionate environment where you can connect with others who understand the challenges you’re facing.

In each group session, participants are encouraged to share their stories, challenges, and victories. Through group discussions, educational resources, and peer support, we aim to help individuals build the tools and confidence needed to maintain lasting recovery and restore balance to their lives.
